Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy applies to renters, hosts, and anyone using DroidDesk accounts, devices, software, remote-access tools, or related services. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1

Permitted use

Use DroidDesk for lawful, authorized activities such as application development, quality assurance, compatibility testing, demonstrations, and testing mobile environments. You must have the permissions needed for the systems, accounts, data, software, and third-party services involved.

A technically available feature is not permission to use it unlawfully or contrary to another service's applicable rules. You are responsible for complying with the law where you operate and where the device is located.

2

Fraud and deceptive activity

Do not use the Platform for scams, payment fraud, stolen payment methods, carding, identity theft, forged documents, unauthorized impersonation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other financial crime. Do not use it to bypass security, identity, or fraud checks in an unlawful or unauthorized manner.

Do not sell or transfer account access without written authorization, misrepresent your identity during required verification, or conceal a prohibited activity through another user's account.

3

Malware and attacks

Do not create, install, distribute, or operate malware, spyware, ransomware, credential-stealing tools, botnets, or harmful code. Do not carry out denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized exploitation, unauthorized network scanning, credential attacks, or interference with devices, networks, infrastructure, or public services.

Authorization to test an application does not authorize an attack against its hosting provider, unrelated accounts, or other third parties. Security testing must remain within the express permission of the relevant system owner and the service limitations applicable to DroidDesk.

4

Spam and platform abuse

Do not send spam, conduct unsolicited mass messaging, manipulate engagement, operate fraudulent accounts, or use abusive automation. Do not overload systems, evade lawful third-party restrictions, or use the Platform to violate the applicable terms of another service.

Automation used for legitimate testing must remain within authorized scope and reasonable service limits. Calling an activity a test does not exempt it from these rules.

5

Privacy and content

Do not obtain, disclose, sell, or process another person's private information without appropriate permission or legal basis. Do not steal credentials, intercept communications, access host or renter data, or attempt to recover information from a previous session.

Do not use the Platform for harassment, threats, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, illegal goods or services, unlawful surveillance, or infringement of intellectual-property rights. Content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6

Device and access controls

Do not root, flash, unlock, damage, or modify a device or disable required management, cleanup, security, or access controls without express authorization. Do not access restricted settings, system areas, debugging interfaces, credentials, or another user's session.

Do not retain remote access after a rental ends or bypass payment, time, feature, or account restrictions. Hosts must not interfere with renters or install hidden tracking or recording tools. See the Host Policy.

7

Cooperation and reporting

Provide accurate information when support reasonably requests it to investigate misuse, transaction risk, ownership, or a security incident. Do not submit knowingly false reports or fabricate evidence.

Report suspected misuse through Contact Support, including available account, order, or device references and the incident time. Avoid sending private credentials or unrelated personal content. Unresolved reports can be escalated through Complaints & Disputes.

8

Enforcement and review

Depending on the evidence, urgency, severity, and applicable law, DroidDesk may investigate, restrict features, pause a device or session, suspend an account, terminate access, or make a legally appropriate report. Immediate restrictions may be necessary before a review is complete.

Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the restriction and how to request review. Details may be limited where disclosure would compromise security, an investigation, another person's privacy, or a legal obligation. If you believe an action was incorrect, use Complaints & Disputes; do not evade the restriction.

Refund and credit requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Enforcement does not override rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9

Security and information handling

These rules do not establish that all misuse is automatically detected or that all device traffic is filtered. See Device & Network Security for scope and limitations and our Privacy Policy for information handling.
