Terms of Use

Welcome to DroidDesk ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our marketplace, websites, software, dashboards, remote access tools, device rental services, host services, payment systems, support channels, and any related services.

By creating an account, connecting a device, renting a device, accessing the Platform, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Service Overview

1.1.DroidDesk provides a technical marketplace that connects:
  • Hosts / Partners / Device Providers — users who connect eligible Android devices to the Platform and make them available for temporary remote access.
  • Renters / Clients / Users — users who rent temporary remote access to Android devices through the Platform.
1.2.The Platform facilitates technical connection, remote access management, bookings, billing, monitoring, support, and marketplace operations.
1.3.The Platform may include devices provided by independent Hosts, third-party providers, or devices operated directly by DroidDesk.
1.4.The Service is intended only for lawful and legitimate purposes, including but not limited to software testing, application QA, development, demonstrations, monitoring, mobile environment testing, and compatibility checks.
1.5.Any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

Definitions

  • PlatformDroidDesk, including its websites, dashboards, software, infrastructure, remote access tools, and related services.
  • Host / Partner / Device ProviderA user who connects and provides an Android device for rental or marketplace use.
  • Renter / Client / UserA user who rents or accesses a device through the Platform.
  • DeviceA physical Android smartphone or tablet connected to the Platform.
  • Rental SessionA temporary period during which a Renter receives remote access to a Device.
  • AccountA registered user profile on the Platform.
  • ContentAny data, files, applications, messages, actions, inputs, or materials created, uploaded, accessed, processed, or used by a user during use of the Platform.

Eligibility

3.1.You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
3.2.By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3.3.You may not use the Platform if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws, sanctions, export control rules, payment network rules, or other legal restrictions.
3.4.We reserve the right to request identity verification, business verification, device ownership verification, or additional information at any time.

User Accounts

4.1.To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
4.2.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.3.You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
4.4.You must immediately notify support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.5.You may not sell, transfer, share, or assign your Account without our written permission.
4.6.We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts that contain false information, suspicious activity, abuse, payment risk, policy violations, or legal risk.

Marketplace Role of DroidDesk

5.1.DroidDesk acts as a technical marketplace and remote access management provider.
5.2.Unless explicitly stated otherwise, DroidDesk does not guarantee that every Device is owned or directly operated by DroidDesk.
5.3.Hosts remain responsible for the physical condition, legal ownership, connectivity, and availability of their Devices.
5.4.Renters remain responsible for all actions performed during their Rental Sessions.
5.5.DroidDesk may monitor technical indicators such as Device availability, uptime, battery level, network status, connection quality, session status, security alerts, and operational performance.
5.6.DroidDesk reserves the right to remove, pause, restrict, or disable any Device, Account, rental, listing, payout, or session if we detect risk, abuse, instability, legal concerns, or violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

6.1.You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
6.2.You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, third-party terms, platform policies, carrier terms, payment provider rules, and intellectual property rights.
6.3.You must not use the Platform in a way that harms DroidDesk, other users, third parties, Devices, networks, applications, payment systems, or public services.
6.4.You are responsible for ensuring that your use case is legal in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction where the Device is located.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform for any of the following:

  • fraud, scams, deception, or financial crime
  • hacking, unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, malware, botnets, or exploitation
  • carding, payment fraud, stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, or unauthorized transactions
  • identity theft, impersonation, document forgery, or false verification
  • spam, mass abuse, platform manipulation, fake engagement, or malicious automation
  • bypassing security systems, access controls, fraud detection, or identity checks in an unlawful or unauthorized manner
  • violating the terms of third-party services
  • collecting, storing, or processing personal data without proper authorization or legal basis
  • distributing malware, harmful code, spyware, or surveillance tools
  • harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, or harmful conduct
  • infringement of intellectual property rights
  • illegal gambling, illegal financial services, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or prohibited transactions
  • activities involving stolen goods, illegal goods, controlled substances, or regulated services without authorization
  • any activity that may expose DroidDesk, Hosts, Renters, payment providers, infrastructure providers, or third parties to legal, financial, technical, or reputational risk

DroidDesk may investigate, block, suspend, terminate, or report activity that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Renter / Client Obligations

As a Renter, you agree to:

8.1.Use rented Devices only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
8.2.Pay all applicable fees before or during the rental period, depending on the selected plan.
8.3.Respect the rental duration, technical limits, Device restrictions, and usage rules displayed on the Platform.
8.4.Not damage, overload, compromise, root, unlock, flash, modify, or interfere with any Device.
8.5.Not attempt to bypass Platform controls, session limits, monitoring systems, remote access tools, resets, locks, or security restrictions.
8.6.Not install harmful, illegal, suspicious, or abusive software.
8.7.Not access or attempt to access Host data, system areas, hidden settings, credentials, device management tools, or restricted functions.
8.8.Remove your personal accounts, data, files, applications, sessions, credentials, and other materials before your rental ends, where technically possible.
8.9.Understand that the Device may be reset after the Rental Session ends.
8.10.Understand that failure to remove your data before the end of the session is your responsibility.
8.11.Not use the Device for any activity that may create liability for DroidDesk, the Host, or third parties.
9

Host / Partner / Device Provider Obligations

As a Host, you agree to:

9.1.Provide only Devices that you legally own, control, or are authorized to connect to the Platform.
9.2.Provide accurate information about each Device, including model, Android version, connectivity type, country, carrier, device condition, and availability.
9.3.Ensure that each Device is factory reset or otherwise prepared according to DroidDesk instructions before being connected.
9.4.Keep Devices powered, charged, connected, and available according to the requirements displayed in your dashboard or onboarding instructions.
9.5.Maintain stable internet connectivity, sufficient mobile data, working SIM/eSIM conditions, and adequate device performance.
9.6.Not interfere with active Rental Sessions.
9.7.Not access, view, collect, copy, or misuse any Renter data, accounts, activity, credentials, or session information.
9.8.Not install spyware, monitoring tools, harmful software, or hidden tracking mechanisms on Devices.
9.9.Not misrepresent Device location, network type, carrier, specifications, uptime, or availability.
9.10.Not connect stolen, locked, blacklisted, financed, carrier-restricted, or unauthorized Devices unless fully disclosed to and accepted by DroidDesk.
9.11.Follow DroidDesk setup instructions, security requirements, maintenance procedures, and support requests.
9.12.Notify DroidDesk immediately if a Device is lost, stolen, damaged, compromised, disconnected, sold, transferred, blocked, carrier-locked, or no longer available.
9.13.Understand that Devices may be removed, paused, or rejected if they are unstable, unavailable, incompatible, unsafe, low-quality, or unsuitable for the marketplace.
10

Device Requirements and Availability

10.1.Device requirements may include minimum Android version, RAM, battery condition, connectivity type, carrier compatibility, eSIM support, uptime, network speed, and other technical standards.
10.2.DroidDesk may accept, reject, pause, or remove Devices at its discretion.
10.3.Device availability, rental eligibility, and payout eligibility may depend on: uptime, battery level, internet stability, network speed, carrier quality, rental demand, location, device model, operating system version, technical compatibility, user complaints, security status, and marketplace performance.
10.4.DroidDesk does not guarantee that a Host's Device will be rented continuously or generate fixed income unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
10.5.DroidDesk does not guarantee that a Renter will always receive a specific Device, carrier, IP address, speed, city, network route, or exact technical condition unless explicitly stated in the selected plan.
11

Remote Access and Rental Sessions

11.1.Rental Sessions provide temporary remote access to selected Devices for the duration of the purchased plan.
11.2.Access may be provided through desktop software, remote control tools, mobile applications, browser tools, or other approved connection methods.
11.3.Access automatically expires when the rental period ends.
11.4.DroidDesk may terminate or pause a Rental Session if we detect technical issues, prohibited use, payment risk, abuse, security concerns, legal risk, or policy violations.
11.5.Some features may be limited or unavailable depending on the Device, Android version, connection method, plan, Host settings, carrier restrictions, or technical limitations.
11.6.Features such as app installation, SMS, calls, eSIM activation, Google Play access, camera, microphone, location, reset, clipboard, file transfer, or other functions may be restricted, plan-dependent, unavailable, or subject to additional fees.
11.7.The Renter is responsible for all actions performed during the Rental Session.
12

Device Reset and Data Removal

12.1.Devices may be automatically or manually reset after a Rental Session ends.
12.2.The purpose of reset procedures is to protect Renters, Hosts, and DroidDesk.
12.3.Renters must remove personal data, accounts, files, applications, payment methods, browser sessions, and credentials before the rental period ends.
12.4.Hosts must not attempt to recover, inspect, access, or use Renter data after a session.
12.5.DroidDesk is not responsible for data left on Devices by Renters.
12.6.DroidDesk may perform resets, cleanup, access revocation, application removal, or other maintenance actions to protect security and service quality.
13

Privacy and Data

13.1.Personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
13.2.DroidDesk collects only the data necessary to operate, secure, monitor, improve, and support the Platform.
13.3.Technical logs may include account identifiers, Device status, session metadata, IP addresses, connection events, rental history, support messages, payment status, uptime, battery level, network performance, and error logs.
13.4.DroidDesk does not permit users to access, collect, or misuse another user's personal data.
13.5.Users must not process third-party personal data through the Platform unless they have a lawful basis and all required permissions.
13.6.DroidDesk may access limited technical information when necessary for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, security, compliance, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
14

Payments, Fees, and Pricing

14.1.Rental prices, plan durations, available features, and fees are displayed on the Platform before purchase.
14.2.Prices may vary based on Device, location, connection type, plan duration, demand, availability, technical features, and marketplace conditions.
14.3.DroidDesk may charge service fees, commissions, payment processing fees, marketplace fees, maintenance fees, or other applicable charges.
14.4.All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
14.5.Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, crypto processors, or other supported payment methods.
14.6.You agree to comply with the terms and policies of any payment provider used to process your payment.
14.7.DroidDesk may refuse, cancel, reverse, or hold transactions that appear suspicious, fraudulent, high-risk, disputed, or in violation of these Terms.
15

Host Payouts

15.1.Hosts may earn payouts based on marketplace performance, rental activity, availability, uptime, Device quality, region, connection type, plan usage, or a separate payout agreement.
15.2.Estimated earnings shown on the website, dashboard, calculator, or marketing materials are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in a separate written agreement.
15.3.Payouts may be reduced, delayed, withheld, or canceled if:
  • the Device is offline
  • uptime is below requirements
  • the Device is unavailable during rental periods
  • the Host interferes with sessions
  • the Device does not match submitted information
  • the Host violates these Terms
  • fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • payment disputes, chargebacks, or abuse are connected to the Device
  • legal, compliance, or risk review is required
15.4.Minimum payout thresholds, payout schedules, methods, and supported currencies may vary and will be displayed in the dashboard or communicated by support.
15.5.Hosts are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, local registrations, and compliance with applicable laws.
15.6.DroidDesk may change payout rates, payout models, commission structures, minimum thresholds, and eligibility rules at any time.
16

Refunds and Credits

16.1.Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by DroidDesk.
16.2.Refunds, credits, or partial compensation may be considered if a confirmed technical issue caused by DroidDesk materially prevents use of the rented Device.
16.3.Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by:
  • Renter misuse
  • prohibited activity
  • third-party service blocks
  • third-party account restrictions
  • carrier routing
  • mobile IP changes
  • external websites or applications
  • payment provider issues
  • internet interruptions outside our control
  • failure to follow instructions
  • expired rental time
  • user error
16.4.DroidDesk may provide account credits instead of cash refunds at its discretion.
16.5.Abuse of refund requests may result in Account restriction or termination.
17

Device Location, IP Address, Carrier, and Network Disclaimer

17.1.Devices are physical devices connected through real networks, including Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G, SIM, eSIM, or other connection types.
17.2.Mobile carriers and internet providers may assign IP addresses dynamically.
17.3.IP location, carrier routing, city detection, speed, latency, and geolocation databases may not always match the physical location of the Device.
17.4.DroidDesk does not guarantee a fixed IP address, exact IP city, uninterrupted mobile data, specific carrier routing, or third-party geolocation accuracy.
17.5.Network performance may vary due to carrier limits, signal strength, throttling, congestion, data plans, Device conditions, Host environment, and external factors.
18

Third-Party Services

18.1.The Platform may interact with third-party services, including remote access tools, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication tools, carriers, app stores, and software vendors.
18.2.DroidDesk is not responsible for the availability, policies, restrictions, errors, suspensions, or actions of third-party services.
18.3.Users are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service they access through or in connection with the Platform.
19

Security

19.1.Users must not attempt to bypass, disable, reverse engineer, interfere with, or compromise Platform security systems.
19.2.Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Accounts, Devices, sessions, dashboards, APIs, infrastructure, logs, payment systems, or restricted areas.
19.3.DroidDesk may use automated and manual systems to detect abuse, fraud, technical anomalies, suspicious sessions, Device instability, and security risks.
19.4.DroidDesk may suspend access immediately if we believe an Account, Device, or session creates security or legal risk.
20

Intellectual Property

20.1.All Platform content, software, branding, design, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, workflows, documentation, and technology are owned by DroidDesk or its licensors.
20.2.You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, scrape, or exploit the Platform without written permission.
20.3.These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
21

User Content

21.1.You remain responsible for any content, data, files, applications, accounts, or materials you upload, access, create, store, process, or use through the Platform.
21.2.You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use such content.
21.3.You must not upload or process illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content.
21.4.DroidDesk may remove or restrict content if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.
22

Suspension and Termination

22.1.DroidDesk may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account, Device, listing, payout, rental, or session at any time if:
  • you violate these Terms
  • your activity appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or illegal
  • you create legal, financial, security, technical, or reputational risk
  • you provide false or misleading information
  • you fail verification
  • you misuse Devices or the Platform
  • you interfere with other users
  • required by law, payment providers, infrastructure providers, or authorities
22.2.DroidDesk may also suspend or remove Devices for poor performance, repeated downtime, low quality, compatibility issues, or operational reasons.
22.3.Termination does not relieve you from payment obligations, refund obligations, chargebacks, damages, taxes, or liability arising before termination.
23

Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement

23.1.Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
23.2.DroidDesk may preserve, disclose, restrict, or provide information when required by law, court order, government request, payment provider request, compliance review, or to protect the Platform and its users.
23.3.DroidDesk may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required or where we believe there is a serious risk of unlawful activity.

Disclaimers

24.1.The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
24.2.DroidDesk does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
24.3.DroidDesk does not guarantee:
  • continuous Device availability
  • exact location accuracy
  • fixed IP addresses
  • uninterrupted network performance
  • compatibility with every app, website, service, or verification system
  • success of any third-party account, platform, app, or service
  • income for Hosts
  • results for Renters
24.4.You use the Platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

25.1.To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroidDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
25.2.DroidDesk is not liable for:
  • user actions
  • Host actions
  • Renter actions
  • third-party services
  • lost profits
  • lost data
  • account bans or restrictions on third-party platforms
  • network failures
  • power failures
  • carrier issues
  • payment provider issues
  • device malfunction
  • unauthorized user activity caused by your failure to secure your Account
25.3.To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroidDesk's total liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Platform for your most recent rental period or, for Hosts, the unpaid payout amount directly related to the affected Device, unless otherwise required by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DroidDesk, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Platform
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of law
  • your violation of third-party rights
  • your misuse of a Device
  • your provided Device
  • your Rental Session
  • your content or activity
  • fraud, abuse, or misconduct connected to your Account
27

Changes to the Service

27.1.DroidDesk may modify, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
27.2.DroidDesk may change pricing, plans, payouts, commissions, Device requirements, supported features, supported countries, payment methods, and marketplace rules at any time.
27.3.DroidDesk is not liable for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of any part of the Service.
28

Changes to These Terms

28.1.DroidDesk may update these Terms at any time.
28.2.Updated Terms become effective when published on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
28.3.Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
28.4.If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
29

Governing Law and Disputes

29.1.These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is registered, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
29.2.Any dispute should first be submitted to DroidDesk support for informal resolution.
29.3.If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Platform operator's jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
30

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

31

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Host Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional rules displayed on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and DroidDesk regarding your use of the Service.
