Reliable charger and cable — avoid unstable power setups

SIM and eSIM recommendations

For the best results, each phone should use its own connection setup and enough high-speed traffic.

Use one SIM or eSIM per phone whenever possible
LTE or 5G connections usually perform better than Wi-Fi-only setups
Choose data plans with at least 40 GB of high-speed traffic
eSIM support is preferred because it gives more flexibility during setup and operation
Avoid shared connections between multiple enrolled devices

Before you apply

Factory reset the phone or use a clean spare device
Remove personal accounts and personal data
Make sure the device powers on and connects properly
Prepare a reliable charger and stable internet connection
Make sure the phone can connect to Wi-Fi for initial provisioning
