App installation
App installation is not available on all plans.
- 1 Hour and 3 Hours plans do not include app installation.
- 1 Day plan may include installation from an approved app catalog.
- 1 Week plan usually includes Google Play and app installation.
If you need a specific app, contact support before or during your rental.
eSIM
eSIM is available only on supported devices and selected plans.
If you need eSIM, choose a plan with full access. In most cases, eSIM setup requires access to Android settings, so short plans are not suitable for eSIM activation.
Before renting, make sure the selected device supports eSIM.
GEO and mobile IP
Some devices are connected through LTE/5G and may provide a mobile IP address.
Please note:
- mobile IP can change depending on the carrier
- IP location may not always match the exact physical city of the device
- carriers may route traffic through nearby cities or regions
- IP change is not always guaranteed
If country, region, carrier, or connection type is important for your task, check the device details before renting.
Which plan should I choose?
- 1 Hour — if you need a quick browser-based task.
- 3 Hours — if you need more time for focused browser work.
- 1 Day — if you need an extended session and possibly selected app installation from the approved catalog.

Can I install apps on any plan?
No. App installation is not available on 1 Hour and 3 Hours plans. The 1 Day plan may support apps from an approved catalog. The 1 Week plan usually includes Google Play and app installation.
Can I use Google Play?
Google Play is usually available on the 1 Week plan. It may not be available on short plans or limited-access plans.
Can I add eSIM?
eSIM requires a supported device and a plan with enough access to Android settings. In most cases, choose the 1 Week plan if you need eSIM.
Can I control the device from the browser?
No. Browser-based phone control is currently unavailable. You need to use the RustDesk client.
Which plan is best for app installation?
The 1 Week plan is the best option for app installation. The 1 Day plan may support limited installation from an approved app catalog.
