Yes, you can extend your rental if this option is available for the selected device.
At the moment, automatic extension is available only for the same plan that was originally purchased. For example, if you rented a device for 1 Day, you can extend it for another 1 Day, if extension is available.
How to extend your rental
If extension is available, you will see the extension button:
Select the additional time and complete the payment. After successful payment, the rental timer will be updated.
Can I change my plan while extending?
Not automatically. If you want to change your plan, for example from 1 Day to 1 Week, this must be done manually through support.
Please contact support and send:
- Device ID
- your current plan
- the plan you want to switch to
- how much time you want to add
When should I extend?
Extend your rental before the timer expires. If the rental time ends, access to the device may be closed and the device may start preparing for the next session.

What if extension is unavailable?
If you do not see the extension button, you can:

DroidDesk does not guarantee that every rental can be extended. If you need more time or a higher access level, we recommend choosing the right plan in advance, such as 1 Day or 1 Week.

Contact support if:
- you want to change your plan while extending
- you do not see the extension button
- payment was completed but time was not added
- the device became unavailable during extension
- you are not sure which plan to choose
