Check your plan
Make sure the selected plan fits your task.
Check the device details
Before renting, review:
- country or region
- phone model
- Android version
- connection type: Wi-Fi, LTE, or 5G
- carrier
- supported features
- device status
Install RustDesk desktop client
DroidDesk requires the RustDesk desktop client.
Browser-based phone control is currently unavailable. Install and configure the client before starting your rental.
Check your internet
Recommended speed: 30 Mbps or higher.
If you use VPN, it may increase delay. If the connection is slow, try changing the VPN server or disabling VPN.
Prepare your accounts
If you plan to log in to any accounts, prepare:
- login
- password
- 2FA method
- access to email or phone verification
Some services may ask for extra verification from a new device, IP, or region.
Check app installation
App installation depends on the plan.
If you need a specific app, contact support before renting.
Check eSIM
eSIM is available only on devices with the eSIM Allowed label.
For eSIM setup, Wi-Fi-connected devices are recommended.
Watch the rental timer
When the timer expires, access to the device is closed.
Log out of your accounts before the rental ends.
