How to scroll
Mouse wheel scrolling is not supported. To scroll:
- 1Hold the left mouse button on the screen.
- 2Move the mouse up or down.
- 3Release the button.
This works like moving the phone screen with your finger.
If text input does not work
Click inside the input field and make sure the cursor appears. If typing does not work, try pasting text from clipboard instead.
If control does not work at all
If clicks, typing, and screen control do not work at all, contact DroidDesk support. Most likely, Input Control is disabled in the remote access app on the phone. The user cannot fix this manually.
Rebooting the device or refreshing the password usually does not fix this. Contact support directly.
