When the rental ends
- Access to the device is immediately closed
- The device may be cleared or reset to prepare for the next rental
- All installed apps, files, and session data are removed
- Any logged-in accounts on the device are signed out
We recommend logging out of your accounts before the session ends. Once the rental expires, you will not be able to access the device to retrieve data.
Rental timer
The rental timer is visible on the rental page. When it reaches zero, the session ends automatically. Extend your rental before it expires if you need more time.
Can I extend my rental?
If you need more time, extend your rental before the timer runs out. Contact support if you need assistance with extending a session.
